This refund policy is part of our terms of service.

the short version.

cuehq has a permanent free tier so you can try it before paying. Paid plans are billed in advance each month and renew automatically. You can cancel anytime, and payments already made are generally non-refundable, including for partial months and unused cues.

free tier.

The free tier costs nothing and requires no card, so there is nothing to refund.

Self-serve and agency plans, and any add-ons (higher scan frequency, competitor monitoring), are billed in advance for each monthly cycle. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current paid cycle and then stops renewing. We do not provide prorated or partial refunds for time remaining, for cues you did not use, or for add-ons you turn off mid-cycle.

when we may make exceptions.

We may, at our discretion, issue a refund or credit, for example for a duplicate charge or a confirmed billing error. To ask, email support@cuehq.social within 30 days of the charge and include the details. Granting one exception does not obligate us to grant others.

your statutory rights.

Nothing here removes rights you have under mandatory consumer law. If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK with a statutory right to cancel a digital service, that right applies; note that if you ask us to begin providing the service immediately and we do, you may lose that cancellation right for the part already provided, to the extent the law allows.

Cancel anytime from your account billing settings, or email support@cuehq.social. Please do not file a chargeback before contacting us; we will work to sort out any genuine billing problem directly.
