daily, every 6 hours, or hourly by plan. that's x and reddit. tiktok and youtube refresh daily on every plan.
where do I see new cues?
your /cues dashboard and the email digest. you can pick the digest cadence in settings → notifications.
what makes a good cue?
rising velocity, a thread topic that fits your brand, and a moment where you can add real value. our scoring weights all three.
can I edit the drafts?
yes. every cue comes with three voices. cycle, edit, or rewrite before you copy.
do you post for me?
never to social platforms. your replies always leave from your own account, by your own hand. the optional cuederator add-on can post announcements into your own discord or telegram groups, only if you connect them and turn it on.
what if a draft sounds off?
skip it. scoring learns from what you skip and the drafts get sharper. your voice lives in settings → drafts.
can I change plans later?
any time. changes apply right away and the difference prorates on your next bill. no contracts.
is there a free plan?
yes. 1 brand, 14 cues, one a day, no card. you get 10 cues for each friend who finishes setup, up to 50 more.
how do I cancel?
web plans: settings → billing → cancel plan. app store plans: cancel in your apple id settings. you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
do you charge for extra brands?
per brand, per month, by scan cadence. see /pricing.
what data do you collect?
we store the public posts and comments our scanners find so we can score them and draft a reply. we collect nothing about your customers beyond what they posted in public.
do you sell my data?
no. ever. see /legal/privacy for the full policy.
can I export my data?
email hello@cuehq.social from your account address and we'll send your data as json within 30 days.
what happens to my data if I cancel?
