how do I connect my brand?
paste your website on the first onboarding step. cuehq reads your voice and finds your communities in about 20 seconds.
what platforms do you scan today?
reddit at launch. tiktok in v1.0 (rolling out summer 2026). instagram in v1.1 later this year.
how often do you find new cues?
every 6, 12, or 24 hours depending on your scan frequency setting. you can change it any time in settings → sources.
where do I see new cues?
your /cues dashboard and the email digest. you can pick the digest cadence in settings → notifications.
what makes a good cue?
rising velocity, a thread topic that fits your brand, and a moment where you can add real value. our scoring weights all three.
can I edit the drafts?
yes. drafts are starting points. you can swap archetypes, edit the text, or rewrite entirely before copying.
do you post for me?
no. cuehq is draft-only. you copy the comment and post from your own account. it's a feature, not a limitation.
what if a draft sounds off?
skip it. our scoring learns from what you engage with vs skip. future drafts get sharper. you can also adjust your archetype mix in settings → drafts.
can I change plans later?
any time. upgrades prorate. downgrades take effect next billing cycle. no contracts.
is there a free plan?
yes, and it's free forever: 1 brand, 1 cue a day, no card needed. upgrade to self-serve whenever you want more.
how do I cancel?
settings → billing → cancel plan. you keep access until your next billing date.
do you charge for extra brands?
self-serve is $29 per brand per month, with optional add-ons for faster scans and competitor tracking. agency is a flat $499 a month for up to 20 brands. start free and upgrade when you're ready.
what data do you collect?
your brand info, your draft edits, and your engagement decisions (engaged vs skipped). nothing about your customers.
do you sell my data?
no. ever. see /legal/privacy for the full policy.
can I export my data?
yes. settings → account → export. we send you everything in JSON within 24 hours.
what happens to my data if I cancel?
we keep it for 30 days in case you come back. after that, it's permanently deleted.
