This policy is part of the Terms of Service and explains billing, cancellation, and refunds.

1. Billing. Paid Plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe and renew automatically at the then-current rate each cycle until cancelled. Fees are in U.S. dollars and exclusive of taxes. You authorize recurring charges when you subscribe.

2. Cancellation. You can cancel anytime in Account settings or by emailing info@cuehq.social. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep paid access through the end of the current billing period, after which the Account moves to the free tier or closes, at your choice.

3. Refunds. Fees are generally non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods, unused allowances, downgrades, or accounts terminated for breach, except where required by law or as expressly stated here. Because charges are billed in advance and access continues through the paid period, cancelling does not generate a prorated refund.

4. Discretionary refunds. We may, at our discretion, issue a refund or credit for a confirmed billing error on our side or a material Service failure we could not resolve. Email info@cuehq.social within 14 days of the charge describing the issue. Approval is case by case and does not waive this policy.

5. Plan changes and overages. Upgrades may take effect immediately and adjust billing at the next cycle unless stated otherwise. The agency plan supports up to the stated number of brands; if you need more, contact us. Free-tier and referral allowances have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are not redeemable for money or refunds.

6. Price changes. We may change prices prospectively; changes apply at your next renewal, and continuing the subscription constitutes acceptance.

7. Failed payments and chargebacks. If a payment fails, we may retry, suspend, or downgrade. Initiating a chargeback for a valid charge is a breach; we may suspend or terminate the Account and recover the disputed amount and related fees.
