delete your cuehq account.

in the app: settings → account → delete account.

on the web: sign in, then settings → account → delete account.

can't sign in? email hello@cuehq.social from your account's email address. we delete the account within 7 days and reply when it's done.

what we delete: your account, brands, sources, cues, drafts, files and notification settings.

what we keep: payment and tax records the law requires, the addresses that unsubscribed or bounced, and service and security logs.

paying through the app store? cancel your plan in your apple id settings first. deleting your account doesn't cancel it.
