This Acceptable Use Policy is part of the Terms of Service. CueHQ exists to help brands participate in conversations honestly and helpfully. Using it to spam, deceive, or manipulate defeats its purpose and is prohibited.

1. Prohibited conduct. You may not, and may not enable others to: send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or repetitive, low-value, or manipulative content on any Platform; engage in astroturfing, vote manipulation, fake engagement, sockpuppetry, undisclosed paid endorsements, fake reviews, or other deceptive amplification; misrepresent identity or affiliation, impersonate others, or omit disclosures required by law; harass, threaten, defame, or discriminate against any person or group, or promote violence or illegal activity; post content that infringes intellectual property, violates privacy or publicity rights, or discloses others’ confidential or personal information without authorization; violate any Platform’s terms, rules, rate limits, or automation policies, or attempt to evade Platform enforcement, including ban or shadowban evasion; attempt to automate posting through the Service or integrate it with auto-posting tools, contrary to the draft-only design; scrape, harvest, or build datasets beyond the Service’s intended use, or circumvent technical or access controls; probe, scan, overload, disrupt, or test the vulnerability of the Service or its infrastructure, or access it without authorization; use the Service to develop, benchmark, or assist a competing product; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of advertising, consumer-protection, or disclosure laws, including FTC endorsement guidance.

2. Your responsibility. You are responsible for all content you post anywhere, including content derived from Output. CueHQ is draft-only and does not review or approve what you post. Reviewing, editing, adding disclosures, and ensuring compliance are your responsibility before posting.

3. Enforcement and cooperation. We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content from the Service, and cooperate with Platforms and law enforcement. Serious or repeated violations may result in termination without refund. We are not obligated to monitor but may do so. Report abuse to info@cuehq.social.
