This acceptable use policy is part of our terms of service. It applies to everyone who uses cuehq. The point is simple: cuehq helps you join real conversations honestly, not flood them.
what you must not do.
You agree not to use cuehq, or anything it produces, to:
- Spam or astroturf. No mass, repetitive, or automated posting, no fake grassroots activity, no coordinated inauthentic behavior, and no operating accounts that hide who is really speaking.
- Deceive. No undisclosed paid or brand endorsements, no impersonating a person or organization, and no false or misleading claims. If a relationship needs disclosure under advertising or endorsement rules, disclose it.
- Harass or harm. No harassment, hate, threats, or targeting of individuals or groups.
- Break the law. No unlawful content or activity, no infringement of intellectual property or privacy, and no defamation.
- Break platform rules. No use of cuehq to violate the terms of Reddit, X, or any other platform you post to.
- Misuse the product or its data. No scraping, harvesting, or reselling the data cuehq surfaces beyond your own brand use; no reverse engineering, copying, or reselling cuehq; no circumventing limits, security, or rate controls; no automated posting built on top of cuehq.
- Endanger the service. No malware, no interference with our systems or other users, and no probing or load-testing without our written permission.
reminder: you post, you are responsible.
cuehq only drafts. You decide what to publish and from which account, and you are responsible for that content and for following the rules of wherever you post it.
