This Disclaimer is part of the Terms of Service and explains the limits of CueHQ’s AI features and your responsibilities. Read it before relying on any Output.

1. Output is a suggestion, not approved content. CueHQ uses AI to model brand voice and generate suggested drafts, scores, and related Output. Output may be inaccurate, fabricated, biased, outdated, offensive, or unsuitable, and may resemble Output generated for others. We do not warrant that Output is accurate, original, non-infringing, or appropriate for your situation. Output includes answers the cuederator posts in communities you connect.

2. You review and decide. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking, and approving every Output before any use, and for deciding whether, where, and how to post. CueHQ is draft-only; it does not post, operate your accounts, or review what you post. Nothing CueHQ produces is professional, legal, financial, medical, or marketing-compliance advice.

3. Disclosures and advertising law. When you participate as or for a brand, you are responsible for required disclosures and for complying with advertising and consumer-protection laws, including FTC endorsement and disclosure guidance and similar rules in your jurisdiction.

4. Third-party Platforms. CueHQ is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Reddit, X, or any other Platform. Data surfaced by the Service comes from those Platforms through third-party providers and public sources and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Your use of any Platform is governed by that Platform’s terms, which you must follow. We do not guarantee that suggested participation is permitted, and we are not responsible for content removal, rate limiting, shadowbanning, suspension, or termination of your accounts.

5. No guaranteed results. Opportunity and velocity scores are estimates from heuristics and models, not predictions or guarantees. We do not warrant any engagement, reach, traffic, conversion, sales, or other outcome.

6. Third-party content and IP. Surfaced content may be owned by third parties. You are responsible for ensuring your use of, reference to, or reply to such content respects intellectual property, privacy, and publicity rights.

7. Assumption of risk and indemnity. You assume the risk of your participation on any Platform and of your use of Output, and you agree to indemnify us as set out in the Terms.
