We respect intellectual property and expect our users to do the same. This policy explains how to report copyright infringement and how we respond, under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed;
- identification of the material you claim is infringing and enough detail for us to locate it;
- your contact information (name, address, phone, email);
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law; and
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

our response and counter-notice.
We will remove or disable access to material that is the subject of a valid notice and will make a reasonable effort to notify the affected user, who may submit a counter-notice as the DMCA allows. We may restore material if a proper counter-notice is received and the complaining party does not file suit within the time the law provides.

We will, in appropriate cases, suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe.
